Yoan Capote’s Sculptures

Open Mind, 2008

I am quite fond of the sculptural work of Cuban artist Yoan Capote. His work explores symbolic themes of humanity, “studying their interface, representation and physical or sensorial possibilities.” There is a strong implication present in all his pieces which make his works conceptual despite their often literal appearance.
