The masterful producer and curator behind Other People, Nicolas Jaar has teamed up with label signee Visuals—an enigmatic prodigy of a contemporary forward-thinking indie-rock sound— on his latest release “A Pixel”. Lending his production to the already impressive repertoire of Visuals, the collaboration which also features Dave Harrington on guitar, yields a somewhat more electronic and polished soundscape than his previous more lo-fi raw guitar-based records such as “Fifteen”, “No Remote”and “No Results”, but nonetheless brings forth a brilliant track that will have you singing along to the simple and catchy lyricism of Visuals’ solo man.
“A Pixel” will be release on Other People’s forthcoming compilation entitled ‘Work’ which will feature an impressive line-up of the Other People roster and is set to drop September 29th.
