His production borrows Ushers R&B stylings to create a quintessential break-up song for the hip-hop inclined.
Sappy lyrics can’t cancel out the smoothness of Usher’s falsetto-delivery, but that is not to say the song has not met criticism. For some, its languid flow may be mistaken for laziness and the whole concept rolls gently over the heads without making a dent in their senses. What’s your verdict?
