Striking red-haired chanteuse La Roux returns after a 5 years interval from the spotlight with new ‘very melodic’ single Uptight Downtown. Her signature sound remains firmly rooted on electronic pop, this time around with a funkier and warmer sound than her previous output. This particular track sounds like a devious offspring of David Bowie + ABBA.
La Roux is back with a vengeance and is worth following her every move. The new album ‘Trouble in Paradise’ will be available on 7th of July.
