From her forthcoming studio album Elements (May 6th), Kina Grannis releases her first single “The Fire”. The SoCal native and YouTube veteran, hits a high note with listeners as she pivots from her famed cover songs and lullabies to deliver more vocally hydrating music.
“The Fire” is rich acoustics, alternating alto and all voice as Grannis drops a balance between influencers Ani DiFranco and Jewel to retain her signature indie sound as she ripples into the outer layer of the pop arena next to Lorde and Sia.
