To introduce London-based producer Jon Hopkins I will start by listing some of the people he has worked with. He first started as Imogen Heap’s keyboardist, collaborated and produced albums for Brian Eno, Coldplay, David Holmes, Bat For Lashes’s Natasha Khan– for the score of Kevin Macdonald’s “How I live now” released October 2013- the Scottish singer/songwriter King Creosote, and that is just to name a few. He also did an acclaimed string-based soundtrack for the British sci-fi film Monsters, and this year he released his fourth studio album “Immunity“, with loads of edgy and dangerous feeling to it as well as serenity that prevails on more ambient tracks.
