Lengthy… but brilliant. But then again, I suppose we could expect nothing less from James Murphy. Calculated and progressive, the 10 minute remix to David Bowie’s “Love Is Lost” is infectious.

The beat travels over a prolonged climatic synthetic orchestra, all originating from a clapping audio clip at the opening seconds of the single. This release has been so well received that Bowie has decided to add it as a bonus feature to his 3-disc edition of The Next Day LP – released Nov. 5th.
