At Brasserie Barbès, located at the foot of Montmartre in the relative untouched Barbès district, guests can find a one-stop shop for all of the day’s pleasures. Open from 8am until 2am every day, this chic new establishment offers everything from morning pastries to midnight dance parties.
The Brasserie, which reopened its doors earlier this summer after years of renovation, has adopted elements of new age New York venues in both style and functionality. The wide open dining rooms and exposed pipes go against the cozy, nostalgic decor of longstanding Parisian brasseries. Also, a rooftop dance party that goes through the night, complete with music and lounge chairs, is nearly unheard of in the streets of Paris.
