Lotta Agaton has conceived a minimal and elegant viewing apartment inside the 79 & Park in Stockholm, a residential complex designed Bjarke Ingels‘ architecture studio BIG.
The two-floor apartment is inspired by New York’s industrial lofts and features huge floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed beams and columns and bleached oak floor.
Through the choice of neutral colors, a palette of natural materials and textiles, Lotta Agaton manages to soften the industrial features of the apartment creating an elegant and cozy interior.
The apartment is furnished with an exquisite selection of design icons, artworks and ceramics.
A Zanotta’s Quaderna table designed by Superstudio and the Taccia table lamp by the Castiglioni brothers furnish the office corner.
The living room is styled with the Plana low table designed by Charlotte Perriand and the Confident armchairs designed by Piero Lissoni for Living Divani. In the dining room, we can spot six Ultraleggera chairs by Gio Ponti and a Serge Mouille lamp.
Another design icon, the PK 24 chaise longue by Poul Kjærholm, seats alongside the NK Utö table by Axel Einar Hjorth.
The daybed by Daniel Östman and the Cesta lamp from Santa & Cole create a relax corner underneath the stair.
