Trendland favorite Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has become the focus and muse of a new photography book shot by British photographer Rankin. Ten Times Rosie showcases the creativity Paula Thomas (head designer at Thomas Wylde) and stylist Maryam Malakpour. See below exclusive behind the scenes video + Rankin video teasers…
Shot on location in and around LA in April 2010 at the Amboy Salt Flats, Joshua Tree National Park, the Chateau Marmont and downtown streets.
Inspiration for the images includes porcelain circus doll, African Highlander and aggressive London punk.
This was a dream project for model Rosie. She says:
“Shooting ‘Ten Times Rosie’ was the most incredible experience of my career. Paula, Rankin and the team worked so hard, the set had an amazing community atmosphere. I think we have created some beautiful and iconic images. I’m so proud of this project and I believe it’s something that is very close and personal to all of us as it’s a combined effort of our creativity and imagination.”
