Welcome to the Happy Place – an Instagram friendly pop-up museum launched on November 20th in LA’s Art District inside a massive 20,000 sq ft space colored in Gen Z’s favorite bright yellow – a color meant to evoke happiness, laughter, and cheerfulness. The experience contains huge installations, multi-sensory immersive rooms, and many other Instagram-friendly surprises.
Among the many wonders of the 13 rooms, the installation features the world’s largest Confetti Dome, sculptures of artist Steven Harrington and 7-feet tall high heels covered in candy.
Happy Place runs November 20 to January 7 at 1242 Palmetto Street in the Arts District.
Admission costs $28.50 and is available Wednesday through Monday from 10am to 9:30pm.
