Mori Art Museum Waves Installation

Located in a small room of the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo, Japanese art collective ‘Mé’, reproduced a dark and disturbing ocean swell oscillating as light enters the room through the the back window of the installation, and depending on the time of day, the agitation of the flow differs!

Known for their installations playing with the instability of human perception, this work raises alarming themes, such as the melting of glaciers, sea pollution or access to drinkable water. The exhibition will be taken down tomorrow Wed. May 29th
