Hairtime Graph

Parsons student Miho Ishizuka was given a design assignment to create an autobiographical timeline. Looking back into her history she decided to use her own hair she had saved and separate the major events of her life into 6 different categories, each represented by a different color rubber bands. 4 years of her life are graphed here and each centimeter of hair is equivalent to one month.

You know we are suckers for a visual mapping here at Trendland, and though this one is perhaps not the most precise way of graphing information it is very colorful and fun. I could totally see this sort of timeline in Teen Vogue.
