Gertrude Art Salons

Have you heard? There’s a new kid on the block, her name is Gertrude, and she’s showing us a totally new way to experience art. Intimate salons, aptly named Gertrude after Gertrude Stein’s famous salons, are aimed at providing a place where curious patrons can learn, discuss and collect art. Gertrude hand selects curators who then hand select artists. The duo then moderates an evening, often times held in a cozy and personal setting, dedicated to the artists work. Open conversations with the artists are encouraged. Gone are the days of perplexedly staring up at the walls of the MoMA; here now, is a fun new way to be inspired by art.
