Mexican artist José León Cerrillo’s New Psychology series involves random aluminum frames dotted around exhibition spaces looking like blank windows on a desktop display.
The New Psychology, a show at Andréhn-Schiptjenko in Stockholm, was Cerrillo’s first solo appearance in Europe. The most peculiar object is a pane of glass smudged with a roughly painted white ‘cloud’, which seems to hang in midair.
