London based still life photographer Edward Johns likes to explore simple ideas focusing on texture, shape and form of objects and spaces. In his portfolio you can see great examples of this as well as his ability to capture and isolate light in a really special way, creating an illusion that his subject is glowing, like in the photo below of the flask or the jaguar. This is a technique that I am sure comes in really handy for his commercial work.
