Dead Meat Menswear F/W 2012

When images are translated into stories and these stories are output into clothes, the result is the collective brand “Dead Meat”  and Giovanni Battista De Pol, the creative mind behind it.  Dead Meat’s latest men’s collection for Fall/Winter 2012, preserves the anonymity either by full-body camouflage or just by a JFK-printed face-covering almost shameful, one might say. In any case, bold prints and luxurious fabrics monopolize our interest and even bring out man’s inner instincts: a man with no face is a man with no voice and that is nothing but dead meat. But in this collection the garments come out that strong, they do all the talking needed.
