Traditionally industrial pegboard is used as a method of storage and found in less aesthetic and appealing areas of our homes like the garage or inside a pantry, hidden from the immediate eye. Its a relatively cheap material with a nice pattern, that when taken out of its mundane context adds quite a bit of character. Paint it a bright color and use it as an accent wall, set it up above your desk or bed as an inspiration board, or what about creating a room divider allowing light to travel.
