Art director Jamie Brown and photographer Luke Kirwan have teamed up for the first edition of food and culture journal “The Gourmand”. Each plate represents a design movement of the 20th century that has been precisely laid out with appropriate foods. This design, food, and art concoction fits right into our food art obsession.
