The Wagon Station Encampment is a project conceived by an artist Andrea Zittel, reviving the community spirit. A bunch of self-sufficient living spaces in the Californian desert, the mission is to bring together artists, writers, thinkers, campers – people on their quest for personal and cultural development.
Open for the months April, May and October, dwellers need to complete and application to enter one out of twelve A-Z Wagon Stations, equipped with a communal outdoor kitchen and open air showers.
