We recently stumbled on the new work of London based illustrator Velwyn Yossy and we fell in love again with her gorgeous colors and how she explores alternative ideas of beauty and feminine strength, presenting her subjects with depth and emotional complexity. Her new “ethnic bold” style is characterized by play and exaggeration of form and line, while maintaining a precision and cleanliness. We love it!
