Trailer Tuesday: Blue is the Warmest Color

Blue is the Warmest Color, directed by Abdellatif Kechiche, is a sensual French coming-of-age drama following the story of a 15-year old girl who meets and falls in love with a blue-haired, free-spirited art student. Main actresses Léa Seydoux and Adèle Exarchopoulos give stunning, fearless, and down-to-earth performances for which they won the Palme d’Or at Cannes this year along with the director. The provocative film has been the subject of a lot of debate, mainly for its graphic sex scenes and portrayal of a lesbian relationship, but has also garnered high praise for its acting talent, visual beauty, and emotional intensity.
