At 33, french pastry chef Cedric Grolet is one of the most famous chef of his generation. He was first known with his sculptural fruits pastries that he created for the Parisian palace The Meurice.
He was then awarded «best pastry chef» in 2018 by The World’s 50 best restaurants. Looking for a new challenge, he launched his very own bakery near the Opera Garnier in Paris. With more than 1.4M followers on social media, there was no doubt that it would be the new place to be for a unique tasting experience !
Staying true to his clean and geometric aesthetic, every piece is build as a visual delight. You can find the traditional croissant or sandwich but also unique creations as « The Opera » an individual chocolate and Parisian coffee cake, « linked to music, art and elegance» worked in a flower-shaped mold.
As you step into the lounge area, the gold and grey color palette mixed with soft rounded furniture create a sophisticated atmosphere to relax and enjoy.
