Smart Brand Identity for Residential Project, The Winslow

The Winslow is a premium, boutique residential project located in Toronto’s Lawrence Park. Comprising of 68 suites, it was designed by Rafael & Bigauskas Architects. The brand identity for this new venture was conceived by Vanderbrand and the authors kept in mind the ideas of community and connectivity that set the direction for the project.

The logotype derived from art deco lines to evoke a sense of quality and luxury. Forest green and brass color codes add to that impression. The same standards were abided by when it comes to more technical materials. The branded folder contains a printed collateral, including fold-out floor-plan posters. In addition, the brochure includes ultimately elegant details such as an ivory ribbon bookmark or a fold-out spread featuring panoramic rendering of The Winslow’s archway.
