Firsthand culinary art at its best, Kim Anh Doan’s expresses her humility for food and its impact on the body and soul in her one-off printed project Away Magazine, which she explains in short as “a way to be away”. Away Magazine was born when the editor herself was heartbroken and felt alone, and discovered food as a way to revitalize her state of being. The magazine achieves in looking beautifully displayed with its clear photography and harmonious content such as sweet handwritten text, recipes, quotes and illustrations.
