Pedro Lourenço showed strong shapes mixed with a soft, feminine palette of pink, blush nudes and red for his S/S 2013 collection. Like the 22 year old designer himself, the collection was very youthful, a continuation of the Lourenço’s military-inspired resort collection. First up were the jackets: bomber, leather or silk, with detachable sleeves; then short dresses with deep, modern Vs or hip grazing skirts with slits; wrapping up the show were sporty bathing suits paired with power suit jackets. Lourenço is quickly climbing his way up the ladder after only two quick years in Paris.
