Grant Achatz of NEXT Restaurant in Chicago has just released the newest seasonal menu theme, Bocuse D’Or. These videos always contain an upbeat, dramatic score, something to get your heart racing and mind thinking about booking a flight to Chicago. Previous themes have been elBulli, the Hunt and Vegan. Especially evident in the Vegan video, Grant and the NEXT team really have a blast creating these teaser trailers, we are all thankful for a snippet of culinary fun to brighten our day. Though the Bocuse D’Or video takes a more serious tone, the videography and intricate settings being constructed are a tribute to the bi-yearly Bocuse D’Or competition in Lyon, France.
