Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, fashion photographer Javier Vallhonrat started by studying Painting at the Fine Arts Faculty University of Madrid in the early 70’s. Just after receiving his Fine arts degree, he reached international recognition while shooting for the Condé Nast Publications and several fashion designers. In ’92 he broadened his interest in photography and began creating advertising films, while on the side teaching photography. He’s got such a great eye for composition, his lighting, sets and techniques are pretty stunning…
Today, he continued to shoot for Vogue UK, French Vogue, Italian Vogue, Vogue Nippon, Flair Magazine, Mixte… among others, Javier also teaches creative photography in various universities in Spain.
