Greece has a hidden secret and Evangelia has uncovered it. After a 30 moth expedition traveling and tasting herbs she has sourced some of Greece’s most prized botanicals. Oregano from Mount Taygetus, thyme picked by the Ionian coast, bay leaves from a small farm in Cephalonia, and sage from a tiny village meaning “sage” in Greek called Faskomilia. This are the specialty of her dried herb company Daphnis and Chloe. There are also rare limited edition varietals available for those adventurous herbavores. Local, handpicked, and naturally dried plants are the only way Daphnis and Chloe does business. A concentrated amount of essential oils from the sweet Mediterranean air are what make these herbs so special and aromatic.
