Shanghai based design and architecture firm Coordination Asia has recently unveiled sophisticated interiors for Gaga Chef, an eatery brand that hosts a roster of international chefs for residencies of between three to six months. Designed to take diners on an elegant culinary journey from morning coffee to an à la carte lunch, afternoon tea to decadent cocktails, Gaga Chef responds to the rhythms of nature and time to conjure an elegant dining experience, no matter the occasion.
During the daytime, the restaurant is flooded with natural light due to its striking glass façade, making it a pleasant spot for enjoying Shenzhen’s warm climate. Towards nightfall, the bar and lounge area are transformed from elegant coffee spot to a convivial space in a warm and luxurious tone, for after-dinner drinks and cocktails.
Coordination Asia specializes in creating dynamic and bold environments for museums, exhibitions, retail spaces and hospitality services. The agency also designed the interior of Gaga Café, which is under the same brand with Gaga Chef.
