‘All the Flower are for Me – red’ is a poetic installation by a Pakistan-born artist Anila Quayyum Agha. An intersection of light and space, the wooden cube suspended from the ceiling casts mesmerizing shadows on the walls, generated with one single bulb.
The detailed cut outs reflect Middle Eastern heritage and highlight the contrast between the solidity of form and the subtlety of light, as Agha examines themes of sorrow and conflicting emotions.
