Acne Studios never fails to raise the bar when it comes to minimalism, novelty and futurism. Yesterday’s presentation cause a strong wave of enthusiasm among the devotees of the brand and rightfully so. Asymmetric layering of cuts, surprising blending of fabrics and a color palette hard to resist. Johnny Johanson collaborated with artist Katerina Jebb and the outcome was exquisite: even though the silhouettes seemed loose, everything was meticulously calculated – from the repeated draping, to the low-shouldered blazers to the amount of metallic splash inside the maxi skirts.
