Fade into the madding crowd at Hoi Polloi, Ace Hotel London’s trendy all-day brasserie. A flower-shop entrance belies the space’s masculine interiors. All penny tile and banker’s lights, the restaurant appointed by Universal Design Studio takes cues from slatted concert halls and Swedish architecture, while “newspaper” menus call out the modern bistro fare. Read: ice cream with popcorn brittle, green and soy smoothies from their juice bar Lovage and a little something called “eggy bread.”
