Stefaan de Croock (Strook) is not your typical street artist. While most artists in his category spray paint walls, Strook uses planks of recycled wood to create giant murals.
By maintaining the original state of each piece of salvaged wood, the artist is able to create a unique composition of shapes, colors, and textures. Strook’s time-consuming work is the result of meticulous scavenging, mindful planning, and skilled construction, hence the keen sense of design and geometry.
