Last year we introduced you to Madrid-based mixed media artist Pablo Thecuadro and his stunning fashion collages. After a big viral success from Trendland with more than 22,000 shares (just on Pinterest), we wanted to showcase some of his latest work along some of his classics.
Working in both digital and analogue mediums, his collage art plays with the concept of duality – who we want to be versus who we really are, and the parts of us that we want to show the world. The resulting visuals are elegant, understated and full of emotion.
Collage art is a never ending process, you can put as many images you want together over and over again.
The collages I make express the duality in the human being, who we want to be versus who we really are and what part of us we show to others.
