Ethereal Mirrors by Elkeland

Danish designer Ida Elke Kallehave founded Elkeland, an independent visual studio who’s inviting you to slow down and pay a ‘silent’ attention to reflections and lights play. Seeking the perception of space, the mirrors are made of two parts of polished steel and brass or flamed steel sticks, then linked in hand with bee-wax treated flax strings. Poetic collections Woven and Mountain tabletop mirrors, along with Ovo-ovO stool-vase are currently displaying at Stockholm’s concept store Perspective Studio, whose approach is to feature unconventional objects for soothing and refined interiors.
