I came across this maze of a table last month while exploring the different spaces at Ventura Lambrate, and was completely blown away. I walked around the massive structure fascinated by its design and seamless integration into the space.
Designed by Studio Maks the Cloud Table served as workspace and meeting area for visitors. Contrary to its sleek and minimal look, this table was quite techy, featuring integrated wireless phone charging pads and WiFi signal enhancers.
The 70-metre-square untreated poplar wood top was balanced on thin steel legs, with the surface snaking around the former industrial building, widening and thinning at various points.
