This minimalist caviar restaurant and shop has got me craving caviar inside and out. Finlandia Caviar, with it’s modest 11-seat capacity overlooking the Helsinki Harbor, was designed by Joanna Laajisto with the idea of creating a place where you can purchase the finest quality caviar and oysters, or enjoy them on the spot with a glass of vodka.
The objective for the interior concept was a fresh, Scandinavian look that compliments the historical building it is located in. All of the furniture pieces are by Finnish furniture manufacturers and local woodworkers.
