Graphic, moody, dramatic, clear, and composed – Asger Simonsen’s photography succeeds in its multi-dimensionality. I haven’t come across too many photographers whose product photography can evoke such deep aspirational yearnings, or whose landscape shots can conjure entire threads of fantasy. I am nerding out for his treatment of color, so rich and subtle! Several of these photos were shot in collaboration with Quote A Gentleman’s Sara Ingemann Holm-Nielsen. Additionally, photo series from international locations reveal precise composition and romantically pin point design details, reminding us again how much we love the fine art of Danish aesthetics.
