Patrick Jouin and Jouin Manku redesigned the interior space of an old Saint-Lazare priory, creating a hotel and a restaurant. Avoiding the destruction of the history of mansion and through a contrast between past and present without exaggeration, the group of designers tried to create an elegant and innovative environment, but also graceful, that fits perfectly the grandiosity of the location.
