Last week, we highlighted a super cool office space inspired by the movie Tron: Legacy, completed by Melbourne design studio Elenberg Fraser. A space so rad it’s been in my mind for days. Elenberg Fraser is definitely upping the cool quotient for design down under, and I couldn’t help but highlight another inspired space by the studio. The 33 Mackenzie Street apartments in Melbourne is another jaw-dropping, transcendent work. According to their website, the building is “a vertical village…inspired by the ancient myths of the angel Metaron” while the lobby is comprised of “infinited mirrors creat[ing] rage sensation of a body suspended in space.” Tell me how to get on the Aussies’ super futuristic tip!
