See Inside a Leafy Oasis in Rural Australia

Agricultural eco-project The Longhouse was designed by architect Timothy Hill of Partners Hill in collaboration with the Daylesford property’s creative owners Ronnen Goren and Trace Streeter. The 110-metre long shed with sweeping views of Hepburn Springs and Mt Franklin contains a small farm, garden kitchen, cooking school and holiday accommodation. The star of the Victoria smart-property, which can be hired for events, is the enormous greenhouse designed as a flourishing internal landscape protected from harsh weather and the surrounding rugged terrain.
