An old factory in Poblenou, Barcelona was converted into a creative centre for business innovation. Envisaged by ARQUITECTURA-G for a decade of development, led by the economy of means, the original layout of the space was preserved and features an office, classroom, workspace and bathrooms.
A single colors of paint was used to create a sense of unity among various materials used in factory’s construction. Masonry walls, elements of wood and glass appear sleek and minimal due to omnipresent white. Another versatile quality of the project comes with mobile furniture that allowed for the space to be rearranged according to individual needs.
