Designed around the form of an oversized arch, Maison François Brasserie in London is a new concept developed by John Whelan, Creative Director of the artist collective – The Guild of Saint Luke.
Walnut shades define the character of the interior, creating a cosy, private atmosphere. Elongated arch shapes add elegance to the decor, complemented with brass light fixtures and dark mahogany wood.
The center of the space is marked with a sizable clock reminiscent of an old la gare – made of bronze and nickel. Still, there are no clear divisions inside the brasserie when all the magic is happening right in front of guests’ eyes as the only elements separating them from the chefs are a few metal shelves.
