Daniel Garay Arango’s Black & White Deconstructed Monuments

Colombian photographer, Daniel Garay Arango specialized in black and white, fine art and architectural photography. In his latest series GRVTY2, he deconstructed some of the most famous monuments while trying to take the city to a whole new level and meaning, revealing what always hides in plain sight.
His work is an exercise of patient observation. Exploiting architecture as his main language, Arango wants his photographs to be timeless. There’s no day or age, just light, textures and shapes.
