Today’s recipe comes courtesy of current food trend, the Paleo diet. For those of you who don’t know it’s a diet/lifestyle that adheres to hunter/gatherer principles while focusing on whole, unprocessed foods like grass-fed meat, free range poultry, wild fish, vegetables, fruits, berries, and some seeds. Basically what a caveman would eat!
