Salmon Mango Tartar
Preparation Time : 20 min
Wait Time : 30 min minimum
10.5 oz of salmon
1 mango
2 tbs minced onion
1 unwaxed lemon
2 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the salmon into little cubes (the smallest possible)
Cut the mango into small cubes
In a large salad bowl mix together the mango, onion, and salmon
Add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate.
