Lux and its 16 Seasons

Top Swedish restaurant Lux Stockholm is so committed to bringing its patrons the finest foods, they even developed a special 16 season approach to sourcing ingredients (as opposed to industry standard 4 seasons). Only using locally produced ingredients when they are at their freshest, Lux visualized this concept in a still life series by photographer Christian Hammar. ‘Lux, our 16 seasons’ features 16 photos showcasing the ultra luxe produce, from vegetables to meats, fish, fruits, cheese and more. Just when we thought we were tired of seeing the all too familiar food imagery from top restaurants consisting of fancily arranged entrees on dishes, Lux Stockholm ups the bar for all worldwide.
