Danish Design School alum Peter Johansen designed these Minis, small lightweight tables with changeable acrylic tops.
“I have chosen transparent acrylic because I think it is beautiful to see how the table is constructed,” says the thoroughly Scandinavian furniture maker, born to a Norwegian father and a Swedish mother. His provenance shows in the simple construction of the table itself, built from a 6 mm steel rod. “The base frame holds the top frame and the top frame holds the acrylic plate in place and at the same time stiffens the construction.”
