My Sweet Flowerbomb: Perfume Cake

Viktor & Rolf just celebrated the five years of their Flowerbomb perfume during a beautiful evening diner this month at the Hotel Meurice which unveiled a deliciously inspired dessert. Created by Yannick Alleno and Camille Lesecq (respectively chef and pastry chef at the Meurice), here is My Sweet Flowerbomb.

Based on their famous perfumes packaging and scent,  at first tasting, the flavor is subtle and it is not easy to find, complicated by its various ingredients.

Reveal the secret: this Pink cube is a berriboned praline rose yarrow, lime to the bergamot with a hint of jasmine and vanilla, complemented by a cookie with green tea and finally sealed by the Viktor & Rolf Chocolate logo .
